J&A Móveis was born in March 1999, initially operating in the production of beds and bunk beds. Over time, the product mix increased, and today the company is on its way to 21 years of history, always with quality in our products and service to our partners and customers.

The extension of this relationship also finds space in the digital environment, in which we maintain the same principles and responsibilities that have guided our trajectory so far.

For this reason, we take the protection of your personal data and privacy seriously. This document reiterates J&A Móveis’ legitimate commitment to its customers and visitors and explains the processing of your personal data, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.

To simplify the reading of this document, we present some useful definitions for your interpretation:

This is information related to a natural person and capable of identifying that person or enabling their identification. Examples of personal data that may allow your identification are: Name, CPF, telephone number, email, company, position, license plate, etc.

We emphasize that all data is treated in accordance with applicable law, with each data being used only for a specific purpose necessary to meet your demand, with no distortion of the use of this data. The flow of personal data processed by J&A Móveis is properly mapped to comply with legal regulations and the Company’s security measures.

We also point out that our content is not aimed at children and adolescents, therefore, we do not evaluate, qualify or intentionally collect their Personal Data. If you are under 18 years of age, we ask that you do not submit any personal data through our website or any other platforms without the express consent and participation of a guardian.

Please note that when your data is shared, the receiving entities act as Data Operators, therefore, they only have the legality to process your data for the purposes already established by J&A Móveis, whether via contract or legal obligation.

This Privacy Notice does not cover the practices of third parties and we are not responsible for external conduct, J&A Móveis’ liability being restricted to that already listed in the contract, when applicable.

You may request correction of your Personal Data if it is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Anonymization, Blocking and Deletion
You can request: (i) the anonymization of your unnecessary Personal Data so that it can no longer be linked to you and therefore no longer Personal Data; (ii) block your Personal Data, temporarily suspending our ability to process it for certain purposes; and (iii) the deletion of your Personal Data, in which case we must delete all of your Personal Data without the possibility of reversal.

Personal Data processed by J&A Móveis is protected by physical, technical and organizational security measures, thus aiming to reduce the risk of security incidents involving this data.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you suspect or have reason to believe that your interaction with J&A Móveis is not secure, please contact the Data Controller through the means of communication provided below this Privacy Notice to resolve this issue.

This Privacy Notice applies to the circumstances mentioned above throughout the period in which J&A Móveis processes your personal data.

J&A Móveis has a Personal Data Retention and Deletion Policy in line with applicable law. Personal Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is any other reason for its maintenance, such as compliance with any legal, regulatory, contractual obligations, among others permitted under the law. After the necessary time, they are properly discarded as regulated in our Policy.

This document is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the Forum of the District of Jaci – SP being elected as the competent authority to resolve any issues arising from this term, with express waiver of any other, for more privileged than that.
